XXII Winter Olympics close in Sochi (video)
Three-time Olympic champion Darya Domracheva carried the Belarusian flag at the closing ceremony.
The ceremony was held in the stadium Fisht on the evening of February 23. It was a picturesque show with the participants’ parade.
Belarus national team won 6 medals at the Winter Olympics (5 gold and 1 bronze medal) and was #8 in the medal ranking. Russia was in the first place with 33 medals (13 gold).
The next Winter Olympic Games will be held in Pyeongchang, South Korea in 2018.
