21 minutes of silence at Chernobyl Chapel
According to the leader of the United Civil Party of Belarus Anatol Lyabedzka, no meeting was planned near the Academy of Sciences because it is a mournful action having nothing in common with such actions like, for example, the Day of Will.
Lyabedzka confirmed that the column was moving towards the Chernobyl Chapel where the head of the organizing committee of “Charnobylski Shlyah”, Corresponding Member of the Academy of Sciences Ivan Nikitchanka is to make a speech. Then 21 minutes of silence will start there.
Lyabedzka noted that the procession has not been allowed to go to the Chapel so anyone can be detained. But he hopes it will not happen.
