One more suspect has appeared in the criminal case of mass disorders.19-year-old Illya Vasilevich served a 10-day sentence for participation in the protest action on December 19 and was released. He was informed that the administration of Minsk Polytechnic College had expelled him from the educational institution.
The young man was summoned by the college administration on January 5 to sign the necessary documents, however, KGB members were waiting for Illya in the educational institution. They detained the guy to conduct an investigation in the framework of the criminal case on mass disorders.
Illya Vasilevich was informed that he was a suspect in the criminal case mentioned above and was delivered to the detention center in Akrestsina at first. Then he was delivered to the detention centre in Valadarski Street and he is there at the moment, reports a human rights centre “Vyasna”.
