Azarenka makes it to Australian Open third round

The Belarusian tennis player defeated Czech Barbora Záhlavová-Strýcová (number 84 in the WTA rankings) in the second round on Thursday— 6:1, 6:4.
Victoria Azarenka won the last two Australian Open tournaments.
Volha Havartsova (in the photo, number 98 in the WTA rankings) tried to resist the World no. 5, Pole Agnieszka Radwańska, only in the second set — 0:6, 5:7.
Maksim Mirnyi and Mikhail Yuzhnyi made it to the second round of the Australian Open doubles. The Belarusian-Russian duo defeated American Nicholas Monroe and Argentinean Horacio Zeballos – 6:3, 7:6.
