Belarusian ruble plunges
On Thursday January 21, Belarus' National Bank set new exchange rates, following the trading at Belarusian Stock and Currency Exchange. US dollar grew as much as Br1103 up to 21 564. Euro gained Br1388 climbing at 23 779. Russian ruble grew from 256.97 up to 260.24 Belarusian rubles.
Belarus' budget 2016 is based on calculations with the average annual exchange rate of 18700 Belarusian rubles against US dollar.
