Azarenka is World No.38 and 18th in champions race

Victoria Azarenka has improved her position in the WTA rankings. The Belarusian has gone up from the 48^th to the 38^th position with 1303 points. American Serena Williams is the leader with 9592 points. Russian Maria Sharapova is in the second position with 8215 points and Romanian Simona Halep is in the third place with 6571 points. Azarenka is number 18 in the champions race (546 points). She was in the 43^rd position last week. Serena Williams is in the first place with 2000 points.

Victoria Azarenka has made it to the final in Qatar Open and it has allowed her to improve her position in the WTA rankings.

Volha Havarstova has gone up from the 141^st to the 138^th position (397 points), Alexandra Sasnovich has gone down from the 145^th to the 148^th position (378 points), Ilona Kremen has gone up from the 284^th to the 267th place (142 points).
