Chernobyl liquidators cannot believe they will be deprived of benefits
Russian and Ukrainian Unions of Chernobyl disaster liquidators have supported the demands of participants of the Social March. The head of the Chernobyl commission of the United Civil Party Uladzimir Valchanin has informed about it while making a speech at the meeting in the park of Friendship of Peoples on November 4.
In particular, according to him, the demands to return social benefits were supported by the presidents of the unions “Russia’s Chernobyl” Vecheslav Grishin and “Ukraine’s Chernobyl” Yuri Andreev.
According to Valchanin, deputies who voted for benefits cancellation should liquidate consequences of catastrophes themselves from now on.
