Dzyady march allowed but for no more than 5 thousand people
Celebrations are planned for November 2.
Minsk City Executive Committee has allowed holding of the march and rally dedicated to Dzyady, Day of ancestors memory, on November 2 in the Minsk, Narodnaya Volya reports.
In their response to the organizers, the city authorities said that based on the experience of similar events in the past, this event is also allowed with the total number of participants under 5,000 people. Gathering of participants is scheduled for 10:30 in front of the watch factory. From there, the procession will head to Kurapaty where from 14.30 to 17.00 a permitted rally will take place.
