Entrepreneurs' leader invites Lukashenka to come to market
Perspectyva public association chair Anatol Shumchanka appeals Alyaksandr Lukashenka with an open letter.
The reason for that was introduction of the Customs Union Technical Regulations. Starting since December 1, 2013 entrepreneurs will be banned from trading non-certified consumer goods. Previously, it was planned that the Technical Regulations would be introduced only since July 1, 2014.
Shumchanka reminds in the letter that Lukashenka met with entrepreneurs personally, 8 years ago - in March 2005.
Anatol Shumchanka: "In 2005, there was an order to the government - to set up wholesale bases. No wholesale bases have been created in 8 years! And now they want to create them in a month... You know, this reminds the wood processing situation and other orders given by Lukashenka. No one fulfills them, which means, no one actually listens to him..."
Several days ago, Vice-PM Pyotr Prakapovich informed that the state structures would create the wholesale bases, claiming that entrepreneurs would be able to receive goods there without any intermediates.
In his turn, the entrepreneurs' leader says they also don't need any intermediates to talk to Lukashenka. Shumchanka has already sent his letter via e-mail to the Presidential Administration.
