Anti-corruption law to be discussed by people
Alyaksandr Lukashenka has ordered to prepare an anti-corruption bill and let people discuss it.
The President ordered it at the meeting dedicated to anti-corruption legislation on July 31, BELTA reports.
"We will gather all suggestions made by people and add something to make the bill adequate, impartial and complete,” Lukashenka claimed. The Belarusian leader gave a week to the authors of the bill to prepare it for publication.
Lukashenka warned officials against trying to conceal this or that crime: “Believe me, nothing can be kept a secret. Somebody will whisper about it. I have enough sources of information. Be sure, I will use this information.”
