Lukashenka dismisses two KGB generals
President Aliaksandr Lukashenka dismissed two KGB generals on June 18. They are Major General Ihar Busko who was deputy chief of the State Security Committee (KGB) and Major General Siarhei Feaktsystau, head of Viciebsk Region KGB department. They have been dismissed due to their age and will retain the right to wear their uniform and decoration, the state news agency BELTA reports.
Busko moved to Minsk from Brest. He spent 5 years in the position of the KGB deputy chief. Feaktsystau was the head of the department for over 4 years.
