Lukashenka: You can still find God in Belarus (video)
The President visited Belaruskali and commented on the economy, politics and the problem of drug addiction on Thursday.
It concerns the youth in the first place, Alyaksandr Lukashenka noted. Many Belarusians are addicted to this ‘plague’. That is why special laws are being elaborated now.
Lukashenka: “You can still find God here [in comparisons with other countries]. Why am I telling you this? We are at the crossroads of drug transit. Tons and dozens of tons of drugs pass Belarus. Naturally, they ‘stay’ here. This is our misfortune. But it is not an excuse.”
However, state measures will not be enough until adults start keeping an eye on their children, the President said. Belarusians will see new anti-drug laws soon, Lukashenka promised.
