Minsk driving inspectorate gets fenced with barbed wire (photo)
The building of Minsk driving inspectorate situated in Dzhyarzhunski Street, 3 has been fenced with barbed wire. It was done ‘to enhance security’, the State Driving Inspectorate told Euroradio.
Driving inspectorate: “It was done to enhance security.”
The MIA press service commented on it the same way. The buildings of Minsk District Departments of the Interior have also been fenced with barbed wire, Euroradio noticed. For example, barbed wire encircled Minsk Pershamaiski District Department of the Interior in 2014.
