Observer: Ballot-boxes unsealed in two Brest election centres
A ballot-box has been unsealed in election centre #111 situated in school #30 in Brest. An observer of the centre Andrei Mahier has informed Euroradio about it:
Mahier: “I was present when all the ballot-boxes were being sealed in election centres #111 and #113 in Brest. However, two days has passed and I have noticed that the seal and label with the signature of the election committee are displaced and put on top of the ballot-box carelessly. I have pictures, I have registered these violations and I am drawing up a report to formalize it”.
According to Mahier, the head of the election committee tried to assure him that he was mistaken and that the seals had not changed. The observer says that he has contacted lawyers and they will help him draw up a report about the violation. He will send the document to the Central Election Commission.
