Organizers of “European March” are subpoenaed again
The organizers of “The European March” have received subpoenas to appear in Savetski District Court of Minsk on April 22. The head of the United Civil Party Anatol Lyabedzka informed about it. The plaintiff is the “Horremautador” enterprise and its head Ivan Hurynovich. He demands that the organizers of “The European March” should pay the expenses of more than 2 million roubles (about 1000 dollars). Anatol Lyabedzka thinks that the case is politically motivated.
Lyabedzka: “Mr. Hurynovuch, the head of “Horremautador”, is a subordinate official. He does what Minsk City Executive Committee tells him to do”.
Let us remind you that the trial has already been started twice but “Horremautador” failed to state its case both times. According to Lyabedzka, the number of the plaintiff’s arguments has not increased for the third time either.
