Zmitser Dashkevich does not receive parcels
Civil activist from Baranavichy Angela Kambalava, who writes to many political prisoners, found this out.
The parcel which she sent to Zmitser Dashkevich to the colony No. 13 in Hlybokae on November 21 was returned to her. The postal service's note claims that the parcel was returned because Kambalava wasn't Dashkevich's relative.
Besides, such parcels used to reach the political prisoners before. The head of the postal department failed to explain why they returned them now.
