Russia at the OSCE meeting: no Russian troops in Ukraine
Russian Representative to the OSCE denied claims that Russian convoy entered Ukraine.
"There are no Russian convoys," ria.ru reports Kelin say after a special meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council. He called these convoys mythical and said that apart from Ukraine no one knew about these convoys.
It should be recalled that President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko canceled his visit to Turkey and called an urgent meeting of National Security and Defense Council "in connection with the rapidly deteriorating situation in the Donetsk region." Poroshenko said that there was the intrusion of Russian troops into Ukraine.
