Svoboda members oust Spilna Sprava activists from Ministry
The building of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy was occupied by protesters in Kiev on January 24.
The Council of Maidan including opposition deputies and civil representatives decided to free the building on Tuesday. The building was assaulted by Spilna Sprava activists which was not authorized by Maidan. It hindered the negotiation between the opposition and the government.
The operation was conducted by members of Svoboda. The protesters were asked to move to the Ukrainian House and they agreed to do it, news.liga.net reports.
Svoboda members assaulted the building and ousted Spilna Sprava activists whom they consider to be provokers form it, some sources report. Six people were said to have been injured during the assault. One person underwent an operation. The building will be given back to the Ministry.
