Teachers', doctors' wages to grow by 15-18% in Belarus
The wages' growth is planned since September 1, PM Mikhail Myasnikovich said on Tuesday.
"We plan to raise the wages of doctors and teachers in average by 15-18% more since September 1. There are sums in the state budget for this, we realize measures for optimization of expenses and incomes," BELTA quotes as Myasnikovich says.
According to the Prime Minister, the average wage of a budget employee will make 80% of the average wage throughout the country by the end of this year. Next year it will grow, promises Mikhail Myasnikovich. He underlined that the aim was to make work in the budget sector both prestigious and financially attractive.
