A group illegally encashing cheques is detained in Mahileu
A group of five malefactors who illegally encashed big sums of money has been detained by KGB in Mahileu Region.
They served legal and physical entities without having a license of the National Bank. The group’s year turnover totalled about 15 million dollars.
The main method of the criminals was wash-sale. The services were performed only on paper while the money paid out was real.
