Lawyer Hanna Bakhtsina goes to court to reinstate her license

Lawyer Hanna Bahtsina has lodged a complaint to Minsk's Maskouski District Court to reinstate her license. There were violations during the certification and the extraordinary certification was conducted in a wrong way, Hanna Bahtsina told Euroradio.
Bahtsina: “I believe that the extraordinary certification was conducted illegally. The conclusions made after the certification are not enough to deprive a lawyer of their license. Inaccuracy and blots do not mean that a professional lawyer is unable to do their job.”
Hanna Bahstina defended Eduard Palchys, Miraslau Lazouski and other people. She started her career 38 years ago. Bahtsina was deprived of her license on September 12.
