Parents describe teen knife attack suspect detained in Stoubcy

"The police encircled another house but my son wasn’t there,” his mother Aksana M. said. “They did not detain him in the lobby. He approached and surrendered. He was not trying to escape.”

The father attended a 3-hour interrogation of his son. The teenager is refusing to give evidence and keeps saying that he does not know anything or does not remember. “I did not recognize my son, he was very pale,” the man said.
