Opposition members may be evicted from flats?
The new Housing Code adopted by the House of Representatives allows it.
MPs have adopted it in the second reading this Thursday, informs Interfax.by. According to the new Code, owners will find it easier evicting other people from their flats.
Moreover, it will be possible to evict flat owners if they have not paid for the communal services for over 6 months without a good reason.
Owners may also be evicted if they have been subjected to adminiatrtive responsibility thrice and violated the civil order. Let us remind you that many Belarusian opposition members are getting fined and jailed for far-fetched reasons.
