Psychologists of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations helped 140 casuaties and relatives of the victims of the terrorist act in Minsk, a representative of the center for urgent psychological help of the Russian MES informed on Thursday, RIA Novosti reports.
"140 casualties and relatives of the Minsk terrorist act victims addressed to the Russian psychologists who work in Minsk. 58 of them called the hotline. Psychological help was rendered to all of them", - the agency's vis-a-vis has said.
