US Assistant Secretary of State to visit Minsk

US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Wes Mitchell will visit Minsk, Vilnius and the Hague on 30 October - 2 November, reports TASS quoting the US State Department's press office.
Mitchell is expected in Minsk today, 30 October. He is planned to meet with Belarus' high-ranking officials and discuss cooperation on a range of issues.
On 29 October, Belarusian Foreign Minister Uladzimir Makei met with a delegation from the European Parliament in Minsk.
After Minsk, Mitchell will head to Vilnius to hold consultations with Lithuania's foreign policy chief and the defense minister.
On 1 November, Mitchell will be in the Hage to discuss an entrepreneurship summit to be organized together with the Netherlands.
