No punishment for manifestation by rapper Max Korzh's fans in Hrodna

The organizer and participants of the manifestation by Max Korzh’s friends will not be subjected to administrative responsibility, TUT.by reports quoting the Hrodna police.

The manifestation of the musician’s fans was noticed in Hrodna on August 25. Some 20 youngsters walked across the city with flares after Max Korzh’s gig at Dinamo Stadium in Minsk attended by 35 thousand people. Initially, the police announced the manifestation was an unauthorized action.

However, the administrative case has been closed due to the absence of corpus delicti, MIA spokesperson Volha Chamadanava said in a statement.
