Minister of housing and utilities comments on increase of tariffs

There were three reasons for the increase of housing and utilities payments in January, Minister of Housing and Utilities Alyaksandr Tserahau said on Belarus 1.

It happened because of the increase of tariffs, changes of functions in the bills and January frost: the average temperature was 9 degrees lower than in December, the officials said.

By the way, officials from the Ministry of Housing and Utilities explained the increase of payments only by cold weather a week ago.
