Mobile operators and Beltelecom to have the VAT raised to 25%, tut.by reports with reference to an industry source. Allegedly, the decision has already been taken by the relevant state authorities and an official document is underway. The increase may lie on the shoulders of customers (if the Economy Ministry allows for the next increase in tariffs).
