26 tons of watermelons harvested in President’s residence fields (photo)

26 tons of watermelons were harvested in the fields of the President’s residence on Friday, August 19. The watermelons were collected by the afternoon, BELTA refers to the President’s press service. The biggest part of the harvest was delivered to children’s social institutions and the Mercy House.

It is not clear who gathered the watermelons. Alyaksandr Lukashenka and his youngest son Mikalai participated in the harvesting in 2014.
