Belarus' GDP 3.9% down
Belarus’ GDP decreased by 3.7% in 2015 and totalled Br 896.7 trillion roubles, BELTA refers to Belstat.
By the way, the GPD was supposed to increase by 0.2%-0.7% in 2015. Alyaksandr Lukashenka signed the corresponding document on December 1, 2014.
The industrial production totalled Br 729 trillion in 2015 which is 6.6% less than in 2014. 12.9% of it was innovative production.
The agricultural goods produced in 2015 cost 136.7 trillion roubles which is 2.8% less than in 2014.
The investments in the fixed capital totalled Br 206.3 trillion which is 15.2% less than in 2014. The retail turnover decreased by 4.4% and totalled Br 598.2 trillion.
5 million 58.4 thousand square meters of accommodation was built in 2015. It is 8.4% less than in 2014.
