April 13 – Day of mourning for Minsk metro victims
Minsk City Executive Committee has made the decision.
All entertaining events have been cancelled in the capital until the end of the week. Head of Minsk City Executive Committee Mikalai Ladutska claimed it yesterday:
"We have made the decision and recommended that all our restaurants and night clubs should change their repertoire. We have also looked through theatre performances and concerts planned in Minsk. There will be no entertaining events in Minsk this week. Everyone understands what has happened. So we did not have to give any orders”.
